Born in Ludhiana, Gurpreet studied from Apeejay College of Finearts Jalandhar and completed her graduation in Textile Design in 2003. After that she has done MA in History of Arts. For the past 3years Gurpreet has been working as a textile designer in a firm producing shawls and separately she has been working on different subjects - Nature, Punjabi culture, Abstract and specially Design based artwork.
